I just joined the gratitude community. Last week, I listed 10 “general things” I was thankful for. Your post has caused me to dig deep. To truly consider what blessings I experience daily that are not a right, but a true blessing.

I just finished reading “The Road to Lost Innocence” which is a story about another horrific injustice taking place in our world-child slavery/sex trade.

Safety and freedom!!! My heart and mind can’t grasp…..

This list is sobering. A person thinks they are thankful for great things until they lay eyes on this.

These are truly things to be thankful for! Like prostrate before the Lord thankful.

Thank you for this moment. A moment where I needed to be. Because life is about so much more than what my brain can fathom.

Oh, thank you for noticing the plight of the children in Uganda… Sudan… Congo… and elsewhere where freedom is like a dream. We are raising support to be missionaries to Uganda so the cause is near and dear to our hearts!

I have become aware recently what a blessing it is to live in safety. Without daily fear for my safety or the safety of my children. And that my boys are free from army consignment.
