Fantastic site, I really like your writing style. Very distinctive and easy to follow. On a lot of blogs people just drone on and on, but not you - very nice. Keep up the fine work! I love visiting other sites about parenting! It seems like there is always something to learn about it. I don't have time to read it all right now, I found this site when looking for something else on ask.com, but I've bookmarked your homepage and will visit again soon. Please take a look at at www.MommaCommuneBoutique.com and let me know what you think of it. Thanks again for a great web site.

Hey :) I did all of Ava Joy's baby food! Once, for convenience, we tried to give her jar food and she wouldn't even touch it. I found that if I took one Sunday afternoon a month I could make enough food for the month in about 4 hours. Using ice cube trays faded out quickly when she would eat 4-6 cubes at a time, I ended up doing small tupperware containers and would just have to defrost them the night before. She got yummier combos than what you can buy in the stores, more healthy food and it made transitioning to "regular" food much easier! Have fun!

ps. my magic bullet was my secret weapon :)

I've been making our own babyfood for years! We just puree whatever we are eating that night (or we did). A is now 10m so she's recently moved to the eating only finger foods stage - whoohoo! I don't miss the pureeing days a bit!

Pretty simple, yet cute if you can get your hands on enough baby food jars. Daquan Ecosystem
