I have looked everywhere and had some green sour apple shoestring candy special ordered from one of the candy stores in our mall. The cand is thicker than I think the ones in the book are, and they are coated in that sour powder/sugar dust. I bought the mini licorice pieces in green at our grocery store, and those are also sprinkled but I figure that it just matches the orange sparkles on the cupcakes. I LOVE that book! I contacted the Kelloggs company and they informed me that it has been discontinued. Major bummer. If you happen to see any somewhere PLEASE grab them for me...
